Potty Training Support Group

Parents contemplating potty training
Yes, kids can be diaper-free before they are 2 years old!

What do you do when other parents, grandma and grandpa, or strangers at the grocery store tell you to wait for “readiness”? You stay confident and committed to your decision and you come to our monthly Potty Training Support and Play Group to vent about any challenges you are having.

This support/play group is for families who have taken Robin’s Potty Training Class, are current Go Diaper Free of Madison clients, or who are in the midst of Gentle Potty Training with their toddlers (using Andrea Olson’s The Tiny Potty Training Book) and who want to build community with like-minded families in the greater Madison, WI area.

We start each meeting with some social time and snacks and get the toddlers playing. Then we go around the circle sharing our joys and challenges of potty training with our toddlers, seeking and giving support or just an empathetic ear. We brainstorm solutions together and share resources. We end with more social and play time.

Kiddos are welcome. Snacks and tea will be provided.

The support group is free for current clients and past class participants. $5 drop-in for newcomers.

See our events page for upcoming support groups.
